Natural Peptide PEPITEM Matches Infliximab for Arthritis Without Immunosuppression
University of Birmingham researchers showed that the naturally occurring immunopeptide PEPITEM reduced inflammatory arthritis joint swelling comparably to infliximab in preclinical models — but without the immunosuppressive side effects.
