Ipamorelin / CJC-1295 Pricing: April 2026
Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 combo runs $200–$600/mo through clinics, $80–$150/mo from research vendors. Regulatory status uncertain pending July 2026 FDA panel.
Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 are the most popular growth hormone secretagogue combination in peptide therapy. CJC-1295 (a GHRH analog) primes the pituitary for GH release, while ipamorelin (a selective ghrelin mimetic) triggers acute GH pulses. Together, they produce a synergistic GH response 3–5x greater than either alone — without the cortisol and prolactin spikes seen with older GHRPs like GHRP-6.
CJC-1295 comes in two variants: No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) with a 30-minute to 2-hour half-life requiring daily injections, and With DAC with a 6–8 day half-life requiring only 1–2 weekly injections. The No DAC variant is far more commonly paired with ipamorelin in clinical practice.
Regulatory status (April 2026): Neither peptide is FDA-approved. In late 2024, the FDA Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) recommended against including CJC-1295 and ipamorelin on the 503A bulks list, though the FDA's final determination is pending. Many compounding pharmacies continue to offer them despite the uncertain status. An FDA reclassification panel scheduled for July 2026 may resolve this. Insurance does not cover these peptides.
