The KLOW blend is a four-peptide combination that adds KPV (10 mg) to the standard GLOW formula. A typical KLOW vial contains GHK-Cu 50 mg + BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg + KPV 10 mg = 80 mg total.
What KPV adds: KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is a tripeptide fragment of α-MSH that inhibits NF-κB and MAPK inflammation pathways inside the cell nucleus. It uses the PepT1 transporter, which is upregulated in inflamed gut tissue, so KPV preferentially concentrates where inflammation is worst. It also has documented antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans and Staph aureus.
GLOW vs. KLOW: Choose GLOW for cosmetic/structural/sports injury recovery; choose KLOW when an inflammatory, autoimmune, or gut component is present (IBD, leaky gut, eczema, psoriasis). The dual mechanism: BPC-157 repairs structural damage while KPV modulates the upstream inflammatory drivers.
Protocol: Reconstitute an 80 mg vial with 3 mL bacteriostatic water (26.7 mg/mL). Typical dosing is 200–500 mcg total blend daily subcutaneous, delivering ~1.67 mg GHK-Cu + 330 mcg each of BPC-157/TB-500/KPV per dose. Cycles run 8–12 weeks.
