Epithalon (Epitalon) Pricing: September 2026
Epitalon cleared PCAC 7-4 for adult insomnia on July 24, 2026, but no FDA rule has followed. Research vials $38–$130; clinic cycles $349–$445.
Epitalon passed the FDA's compounding panel 7-4 on July 24, 2026, for one use: adult insomnia. The Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee, or PCAC, advises the FDA on which raw ingredients pharmacies may use for patient-specific compounding under Section 503A of the drug law. Anti-aging use was also nominated, but the recommendation covered insomnia alone. The same day, the panel rejected DSIP, the other sleep peptide on the docket, by a 6-7 vote. A panel vote is not a rule. As of late August 2026, the FDA has published no proposed rule and no interim policy. That means pharmacies still cannot lawfully compound Epitalon, and the FDA can still act against those that do. The next formal step is a proposed rule with a public comment period. A second PCAC peptide meeting is due before the end of February 2027, but it covers five other peptides and Epitalon is not among them.
Clinic access thinned out since April. Happy Hormones MD pulled its Epithalon pricing sheet, which had listed 10 mg vials at $88.50, and Bridgeside Telehealth's peptide page now redirects to a skin-care article with no prices. Two clinics still publish numbers. Longevity DSM in Des Moines, the former Iowa IV, lists Epitalon at $349 per program, while Perfect B in Doral, Florida charges $445 for one 10-day cycle that its protocol page defines as two 50 mg vials injected at 10 mg a night.
Research-vendor prices held steady. These vendors sell vials labeled "research use only," not for human use, with no prescription and no medical oversight. Ameano Peptides moved from $35 to $38 for 10 mg, and Ascension's sale price rose $2 to $50 while its list price climbed from $59.99 to $69.99. Pure Bio Labs ($79.99 for 10 mg), Core Peptides ($90 for 25 mg), BioLongevity Labs ($94.97 for 20 mg), and Evolve Peptides ($130 for 50 mg) did not change. Peptides Source and Behemoth Labz are gone from this guide, because one blocked our checks and the other no longer stocks Epitalon.
The cycle math matters more than the vial price. The common research protocol is 10 mg a night for 10 nights, or 50 mg per cycle, run two or three times a year, and the last table prices one cycle at each vendor. The cheapest route is a single 50 mg Evolve vial at $130, and the most expensive way to reach 50 mg is five Ascension vials at $237.50. Both cost less than a clinic cycle, but neither includes a prescription, sterile compounding, or anyone reading your labs.
After the July 2026 PCAC vote
The PCAC vote is advice to the FDA rather than a rule, and it changed nothing about what a pharmacy may legally make. Under Section 503A, a pharmacy may compound a drug from a bulk ingredient only if that ingredient is on the FDA's bulks list or meets other narrow criteria, and Epitalon is not on the list. These rows track what has and has not happened since July 24, 2026.

Clinic and telehealth programs
These prices bundle a provider visit, the compounded peptide, and follow-up, which is why they run well above the research-vendor cost of a cycle. Happy Hormones MD and Bridgeside Telehealth are gone from this table because their April pages no longer exist or no longer show prices, and Longevity DSM is the renamed Iowa IV program.

A 10-day cycle at 10 mg a night uses 50 mg, and these figures multiply each vendor's listed vial price, with any quantity discount the page shows, out to that amount. They are arithmetic on the vendors' own numbers rather than quotes, and shipping is not included.
